You can directly go from your room to carpark with elevator easily. It is super. Very clean , nice staff. But all the Albanians are already very kind. Elevator is very funny :-)
Razor in room is very bad. Please chance it with a superior product. In breakfast , coffee and black tea should be more easily accesible.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the girls at the reception with a smile and empathy. We stayed at the hotel for four days. The location is excellent and close to points of interest. The breakfast is varied and excellent. We will definitely recommend it and return there on our next visit to beautiful Albania.

It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. The hotel was clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were fantastic. Great attitude, helpful and always available. It was even better than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, and the location of the hotel is very good.
Not much to do in the hotel, no activities available. The restaurant was closed very early on New Year's Day, and nothing special was organized for the New Year.

The suite was big enough.
Hotel is more like 3 stars. Comfortable room but worn down, carpet stains everywhere. Breakfast choices pretty poor. Not a good value at all.
Food is excellent and everyone is so nice.
