Awesome Hotel, very very clean, the location is perfect with metro station right in front of the hotel, quiet rooms and the staff is so friendly and kind and attentive at every detail, they deserve a raise! :). Our favorite place to stay in Barcelona.
Lovely hotel, attentive staff, and we were even given a birthday treat free of charge for my partner. We didn’t even tell the hotel it was her birthday! Very impressed
Great position. Easy access to Barcelona sights. Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
Everything was good for a a short vacation with friends in Barcelona. Wd recommend. If we had any suggestion to improve it would be the bar food. There’s a real opportunity to have good tapas for tired sightseers.
Well located and accessible to the beach, gothic quarter and shopping districts.
Desk and housekeeping were very unhelpful and not accommodating incomparable to the restaurant staff who were great, polite and hospitable. Our room went without cleaning for 2 days and when we requested this on 3 occasions we eventually ended up doing it ourselves.
Location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, clean comfortable room albeit a bit small

B/Fast was excellent. My request for soft boil eggs was met.
However, on our first check-in, there was no drink vouchers given and there were no fruit platters place in our rooms unlike our 2nd check-in for 2 individual rooms from 12 to 15 April. Also the basin outside the toilet was not condusive with 3 pax sharing 1 room due lack of privacy/disturbing noises!
