Small rooms typical of Venice. Located on the Grand Canal a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Breakfast was great. Continental plus eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Pricey but worth it for the location and views.

Comfy bed, good shower pressure, quiet at night, and very delicious breakfast. Beautiful view of the Canal Grande in their rooftop bar and Free taxi ride to Murano!
It was located on the other side of the ferry stop so it was a struggle carrying our bags to the other side of Rialto Bridge.
We stayed in the best room in the hotel - Room 302. It is a corner room with a 270° view that overlooks the Grand Canal at the Rialto Bridge. The views are spectacular! The staff was incredibly helpful. The included breakfast was exceptional.
Great property with a terrific staff.
Room had partial view of canal. It was lovely and I was able to see this sitting on the sofa. The hotel is near the Rialto bridge so it was in the perfect location for exploring. Breakfast was quite basic. Room was ready on arrival and we were allowed early access. Sophia the receptionist recommend a fantastic restaurant and booked us a table. One criticism of the room is there was a gap in the shower between the glass panel and the door which meant the floor got rather wet. The towels were changed every day so I used the dirty ones to dry off the floor. We had an early check out, and as breakfast was not available before we left, the hotel gave us a box. Rooftop bar is a bit overpriced.
This is truly one of the best hotels that can be found in Venice . It is brand new with perfect location and an amazing view of the grand canal. Special thanks to Iacopo the front office manager for all his efforts in providing us the room that we had requested. We can’t wait to return !
Location was excellent, Hotel was very clean and neat, breakfast had a wide variety of items along with capability to order specific breakfast items. Concierge service was friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
