The hotel offers an excellent ski-in ski-out location within walking distance to the center of Meribel where you can find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has only 18 rooms so has a nice family feel to it and has a nice but small spa area with plunge pool, sauna & steam room. Excellent service in the ski room. For a French hotel, rooms are of a good size.
Considering the price it did not feel like the customer was the top priority. Staff were friendly but did not go out of there way to help. Offer at breakfast was good but not exceptional. Ski room on site was great but the equipment hire was expensive and they did not have a wide range. They charge you to keep your own equipment in the ski room. Ski in and ski out is the only redeeming factor about this hotel.
Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. Check-in is strictly at 5 PM and check-out at 11 AM, with no flexibility. Despite being told the hotel was incredibly busy, when our transfer was delayed by an hour, we saw no other guests arriving, and the luggage room had just one other suitcase. Clean and has a nice view to the mountain from the room , room was also clean and spacious.
It’s not in the center and the shuttle wasn’t working for 2 nights . The breakfast is very limited with only 2 hot dishes . Room service menu is also very limited and food quality was not good . No water bottles in the room ( only filled jug) , shampoo, conditioner and body shower are all dry soap . Location was superb, staff were amazing, pro shop attached to the hotel and step directly onto the piste. Amazing
The spa wasn’t really up to scratch for a “Hotel & Spa”. The pool was cool, the Hammam wasn’t working, so the slightly small sauna was packed most evenings. Gave up and had a bath instead.

no flexibility with children’s needs. They weren’t very accommodating considering it was very quiet. it was looking very tired. I counted 5 lightbulbs out in the main dining room.
late check out was not an issue.

Before we arrived the staff were in touch helping to make our trip as smooth as possible. The location was fantastic, having the ski shop on location was perfect, and staff throughout were some of the best we have experienced!
Second stay! Still amazing, the food was delicious, special highlight for the breakfast that has many different products and amazing local products. Best way to start the day! The spa is very nice with great treatments and many machine which helps to relax as weel as the massages!
Amazing hotel, high-quality services, and detailed oriented. All employees are welcoming and helpful, they have made sure we had a great experience throughout our stay. The breakfast has local and fresh products. The spa offers a sauna, pool, massages, and a hamman with a great view over the mountains! We will come back!
