Everything! Beautiful hotel! Nice restaurant!
Room is a bit small
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.Reception staff went above board to help source anniversary surprise. The food was excellent.
Would prefer not to pre-order breakfast and preserves looked not unique enough for a chateau. The toilet cubicle was rather small for the taller guest.
The hotel sits on a magnificent property, fronting a golf course (I can't stand golf, for the usually insufferable golfers) surrounded by a gorgeous forest. Three suggestions: 1) To make the reception area more welcoming, particularly the reception's backcounter area, which is too much like an office and takes away some of the magic of arriving at a hotel. 2) The corridors to the bedroom receive the smell of cooking in the kitchen below. The hotel was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Situated in beautiful surroundings, it was very peaceful.

Scenery,beautiful house, magnificent breakfast. Wonderful service. Beautiful furniture, atmosphere. Gorgeous bedrooms.
Since restaurant was closed when we were there ( Wednesday), we could not have access to any part of the hotel inside ( bar) in the evening. But I understand that it cannot be open 7 days a week….

Set in a wooded park in the middle of a well-groomed golf course with gorgeous views. Very quiet. Very tasteful modernisation with superb fit-out.
Highly regarded restaurant but do check opening days when booking hotel room, as it's quite a drive to get a meal when the restaurant is closed.
A wonderful find. Friendly service, the room was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was delicious and dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. We would definitely go back.
