Lovely property along side the beach. We drove up on a cold rainy weekend but really enjoyed their indoor pool and spa area. The restaurant on site was lovely. Really enjoyed the board games in the bar area as well.
The spa area the pools were not as warm as they should be. We really expected them to be warmer. The hottest pool is luke warm at best.

The property was well located and the facilities were great
For the hotel prestige, we didn’t receive any flexibility from the staff. Every question and ask we had, we had to hear” because you book on booking.com, therefore you have to pay X Euros …”. At some point, it was annoying as we felt treated different than other guests. Else all was good and staff lack of flexibility didn’t feel us welcomed
Very nice hotel with top notch facilities! The Thalasso is the best we have had so far! Will definitely recommend! Right in the village centre with easy access to several restaurants just around the corner.
Situation
Hardly a 4 star hotel. Bathroom in the bedroom, two small shelves for clothes Staff inexperienced but did what they could.
Beautiful design hotel with nice facilities
We loved the design of the hotel including the spa which was amazing !! Very clean and well maintained, with a lovely relaxing area and beautiful view on the ocean from the main pool.
Restaurants were not great. Staff was not very helpful.
We stayed for 2 nights and decided to upgrade our room to sea view - more expensive but our choice....the room was as per the photos and the sea view was very pleasant a little farther away than anticipation, but still lovely. On the issue of the vegetarian meal choices and quality, we communicated this to the hotel Manager directly, who during our stay was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly whenever our paths crossed; he was very concerned about our comments and he advised he would raise the matter with his Chef Team to increase the quality and choice of vegetarian/vegan/healthy options !
