Excellent service from all the team, always willing to help and make sure you have all you need to best enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and spacious room, incredible view over the valley, tea, coffee-making facilities etc. Gastronomic restaurant is an amazing experience not to be missed. The most extensive wine list I think I have ever seen, and excellent advice from Alois, the chef sommelier.

super helpful staff. we checked in after-hours & they helped accommodate so we arrived late and had easy access to our room. and they were very apologetic re: the shower, giving us a souvenir gift as a token of apology. the sheets & bed were super comfortable & plush. they had lovely floor pillows we used to watch the sunrise from the room. the views were outstanding from the indoor pool.
the shower was pretty narrow & the bathtub wasn't draining so we couldn't take a bath or a proper shower.

Tiny hotel with superbe views on the Mont Blanc, finely decorated and personalised treatments from the staff. The restaurant of the hotel offers excellent fine dining at fair prices, we highly recommend to eat there at least once during your stay. Beds are comfy, the room is cosy and the hotel was very calm, we really enjoyed our stay!
A notch far from the center of the town, it's best to come with your own car. We used the free shuttle provided but eh city or walked. Other minor points, the room could have been a bit warmer as well as the pool (heated at 28°).

Being asked to pay for a coffee at 3 euros even if i spend 800 euros for 1 night. Very stingy
Excellent attentive staff, and incredible dining experience, very well presented dishes and delicious. Everything prepared fresh, so no problem for them to accommodate any slight changes to the dishes.

Loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Really lovely surroundings, finish, view and facilities along with great setup in the bedroom.
Bedroom was a little on the small side but this didn't bother us as We chose the smallest cheapest room and everything else was really lovely and the bathroom was good spacious size.
