Good location, friendly staff. Room was well equipped.
The quality of the room. comfortable beds and a good nights sleep. Well located hotel.
Breakfast room was small and at times overcrowded. Breakfast quality was below average for a 4 star Paris hotel. Eggs and sausage were only warm most mornings. No English channels even though they were listed. BBC and CNN. Not connected? We stayed in hotels and apartments during France that even had Netflix.
The staff were kind and helpful.
There was a heat wave while we were there and the AC unit was controlled by the hotel. The room never got below 78 degrees, which made it very hard to sleep comfortably.

Confusion on airport transfer. Before arrival, I received an email message from the hotel confirming arrangements for my transfer to the airport. Last day of stay , they announced these hotel transfer arrangements would not be honoured because it was a trainee who committed to them and he/she got it wrong. Cost me an extra 76 euros to sort out. This was very disappointing and badly handled.
We had a good stay at this hotel, primarily thanks to its excellent location. Being so close to the Paris Opera House was a real highlight, and having a metro station just a stone's throw away made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel had several significant drawbacks that weren't accurately reflected in the Booking.com pictures and descriptions, which we found to be quite exaggerated. We got "upgraded" room on the fifth floor with a balcony, which presented the first challenge: the elevator is incredibly slow and narrow, making it difficult to tell if it's moving or if you're stuck. ...Read more
The room size was pretty good for Paris and the bed was comfortable.
The toilet kept running, the fridge didn’t work properly and the aircon was ordinary.
Small but well appointed
Toilet had no ventilation, bathroom needed a shelf or somewhere to place your toiletries
The location was brilliant, nice and central so travelling to all the sights was easy. The staff were amazing, extremely accommodating. Every request we had was catered for with a smile. Keiron and his team were great, I would definitely recommend.
The only slight criticism was that the breakfast area was a little small, so at busy times there wasn't much room. But we always managed to get a seat and enjoy the delicious range of food.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great bed, clean, room in excellent condition and very tasty breakfast fare. Good A/C and very necessary.
