Excellent location, facilities, and beautiful design from the room to all common spaces and pools. Very friendly staff!
The restaurants were relatively expensive (Japanese in particular), and although they served fresh food, it wasn’t authentic, as if served very bland for Westerners.

The food options were great, great facilities:spa,jacuzzi, steam room, swimming pools. The staff were all kind and helpful. The Japanese restaurant was very good too.

Beautiful hotel in a very nice location. We had a room with sea view which was fantastic. Delicious breakfast with both Asian and international options. We had dinner twice which was also very good. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
Service at dinner could be improved. While the main course was served quickly, we had to wait for an hour before someone came to our table to order dessert.
Stunning hotel, loved the balcony overlooking the sea.
Free mini bar was a let down. 1 can of Coke and 1 can of Sprite a day,no snacks, what the heck is that. Fridge didn’t keep drinks cold.
Everything was perfect. The view from a room is worth staying in this hotel.

A lot of people working there that didn’t really know what was going on. Found hair in my food at dinner also.
The hotel was amazing, the pool and facilities were really clean and absolutely stunning. The food in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast was great - a real varied spread. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom great and the balcony had a lovely sea view.
The whole stay was wonderful, but be prepared to pay more than local prices for food and drinks - still very good value for money though.
A relaxing stay after a last minute booking to move from another hotel on Cat Ba. We had two massages which were fantastic, the spa team were very helpful and lovely. Room had fantastic views out to sea. There's construction in the town but we couldn't hear a thing at the hotel!
