Pros (+) The hotel is 2mins walk to the metro and is close proximity to food and attractions.
Cons (-) We were housed on the 1st floor(2nd level). It’s super low ceiling (less than 2.2m, I can touch the ceiling with my hands standing up). The acoustic was so bad that that we can hear noises from downstairs(there’s an F&B below us) throughout the night. Moreover we could feel and hear the metro train passing below us.

Pros (+) The location is really amazing . I took a corner suite and this was a good size for Paris. The bathroom was nicely decorated and a good shower. Good mattress, linen and pillows. Restaurant's, good shops and very close to Metro Staff were kind but not knowledgeable enough about certain things
Cons (-) Breakfast very expensive, easier to get a nice omelette at the corner caffe We were not warned until we checked in that the roads would be closed for Bastille day so we had to do an extra trip the night before to Gare Du Nord and put bags in lockers as no way to transport them by taxi on the 14/7. Would like one more layer of glass on windows as street is noisy at night

Cons (-) The elevator didn’t work in the hotel, making it extremely uncomfortable to check in - check out with all the luggage (we had to leave early so there was no one to help us with our bags)
