Pros (+) A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from Nice Ville station and close to all the popular sights of Nice. The room was clean, well serviced and comfortable. There is a bar area where they have a happy hour, which is nice for winding down in the evening - Geoff and Jane G.

Pros (+) Antony at reception was very friendly but the staff seemed overwhelmed. Location was nice too.
Cons (-) We were downgraded to a smaller room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Of course we were offered the choice to keep our original room, but in a heat like that, was that even an option? This made us feel cramped up with our bags. Pros (+) Yann is amazing and so lovely, let us check in early, offered us a later checkout too. Gave us a run down of all the tourist traps and tips and tricks of Nice, and how to get around, it was so helpful and kind! Then we went up to our room and it was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, bathroom facilities incredible. We would absolutely stay again!!!
