Pros (+) The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities ware fantastic and the whole stay was exactly as we wanted
Cons (-) The most bizarre things. The room was too warm and had no adjustment as it has under floor heating and the only solution was to keep the door open to get a better more comfortable tempriture as the control of same was from a centrally located control as opposed to invidual adjustment. Also the swimming pool and hot tub were too cold to make them enjoyable and i only used them both once
