Incredible hotel and facilities especially the ski in ski out location
The ski in ski out is class. Every member of staff were incredible. It was an amazing stay we will be back next year.
Staff were amazing
The other guests that stayed at this hotel were awful! Breakfast was a living nightmare, they were stuck up, rude to the staff, entitled and all british! Spoilt kids running around telling their parents that they didn't make them breakfast the way they liked it! People stood talking around the tables where people were eating, I was embarrassed to be British!
Great location, ski in and out, staff all very nice, food much improved over last time we were here one year ago. Wine list better as well. Room comfortable with view over adjacent slope. Ski room staff (Bernard Orcel) excellent. Will definitely go again.
Superb service and experience in every detail. Best breakfast I’ve had it a long time. It’s lovely to see properly trained hospitality staff who genuinely care about providing exceptional guest service and know how to understand and anticipate guests’ expectations and needs before they know it. JoJo made the whole experience even better. Well done to you all.
Staff was great and everybody was genuinely nice and caring in the hotel.
5 stars are not enough! We were there on winter holidays vacation and we are absolutely in love with this place! Amazing food, wonderful staff, very kind owners. Besides this the best ski service thet I've ever experienced. Highly recommend for everyone!
I loved everything!
Great location. Really comfortable rooms. Excellent communal areas, bar and balcony. Spa excellent with hot tub. Great breakfast. Fabulous ski room, staff and true ski in ski out with skis and poles laid out on the piste next to your room numbers daily. Will come back and do it again - loved it!!
The staff were all absolutely 1st class, I couldn’t have expected anything more, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome comfortable and basically at home here.
