- very good location, between La Madeleine and Lafayette, near Mogador Theater and Garnier Opera - attentive and helpful staff - well equipped bathroom - decent breakfast - room adequate for a short stay
- everything that could be small, was: breakfast tables and water glasses, elevator, stairs, bathroom, "balcony" (Juliet), storage spaces, etc. - no restaurant or actual bar in the hotel
Location - near resteraunts and metro. Our room was quiet. Shower was awesome. Staff super friendly.
We didn't use the room service or spa. The room itself was small, so no where to unpack or lay an open suitcase.
We loved the shower, robes, and lighting of the hotel room. The staff were super friendly and professional and fluent in English. There's free coffee in the lobby hotel. The shower was insane cause you could have multiple streams of water from the side and above. The provided robes were comfy for a night in.
We stayed in Room 204 and I remember the shower temperature knob was seized and VERY difficult to turn. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom that was unpleasant, but I could not figure out where it came from.
Excellent location. Modern furniture.
As I have mobility difficulties, they offered me to change the room I first booked to stay in one that was properly equipped, asking me to pay extra €50 per night. Luckily, I didn’t need to, but I felt bad when they asked me the extra charge due to my disability.

Comfortable, clean room, very convenient & close to two metro stations and local bars/ eateries. Breakfasts good with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages plus continental breakfast. Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine and pastries in foyer along with chilled and sparkling water.
All but one late night male receptionists extremely helpful and courteous. Elevator prone to breaking down.

The hotel was amazing! Coffee and danishes on arrival, the staff wS incredibly nice and accommodating, and the rooms were so chic! The lighting was on point, everything you would need, and the beds were insanely comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hotel! It's also an excellent location. I will definitely be back : ) Thanks for everything!
