Pros (+) Very central location was excellent. Staff low key, unobtrusive and very helpful. Breakfast satisfactory. Room immaculately clean.
Cons (-) The room was "compact" to the point of being small. Expensive for what we paid. We never mastered the light switches!

Cons (-) Not the best sound insulation, not only between rooms, but from the outside. Our first room faced the Farinet hotel and we were woken up by the music all night. We asked to move rooms and our request was immediately granted and the new room on the back of the hotel was perfect. Very charming staff could not have been nicer.
