Beautiful hotel. Really very nice rooms (size, balcony, view, decoration,...). Breakfast is very good. Super nice manager and staff. Amazing spa with outside hot bath and sauna with the view on the mountains... Location.
Opening hours of the swimming pool (not early enough in the morning). 10AM check out. The rest is absolutely perfect !

The hotel offers excellent service. Moreover, both the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are quite impressive. Additionally, the hotel features a Ski in & out facility!

Not educated staff. Especially. during breakfast. Very poor breakfast for 4starr hotel . Moreover staff wasnt able to take dirty dishes from table .

The hotel itself is very nice. Loved the rooms. Our room was a little on the small side but that wasn't an issue. Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable - you have everything you need and more. Very comfortable bed. Ski-in, ski-out is a great plus. Nice and quiet location. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch.
There is room for improvement in the restaurant department. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, and you don't have many choices (no vegetables besides slices of cucumber and tomatoes). There is no fruit prepared and cut, just a bowl of bananas, oranges, and grapes. You won't leave hungry, but for a 4-star hotel, a little more is expected. The breakfast is very poor and of poor quality with a minimal selection of food.All saunas and jacuzzis are not working in the SPA VIP area

A wonderful place. Great pool, delicious and inviting breakfast, beautiful view all around, excellent pool, good service.
Really small issues: the kitchen is very well equipped, but we missed a salad knife. There was a slightly strange smell in one of the showers in the apartment. Small things that we are sure will improve for next time!
