Pros (+) Nice outdoor pool, helpful about bike storage.
Cons (-) Breakfast was overpriced. Booked me a taxi to Bergerac airport but booked a people carrier (for 1!) which charged €170

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Rooms were fabulous, everything we required, clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool and gardens were very tranquil and relaxing. The staff were exceptional.
Cons (-) The only fault I could see from our point of view was the dinner menu in the restaurant. I am sure the gastronomic restaurant food is fabulous but as a family it really wasn’t suitable so we had to venture out into the village to find suitable food. Otherwise the service and facilities were excellent.

Cons (-) Pool was being renovated so missed out on using it. Need grab bar in shower. Eggs were COLD every morning. But staff was quick to fix.

Pros (+) Nice welcome. We felt that safety measures were appropriate during ‘covid’. Tastefully decorated and quality evening meal for the two of us. The staff were very kind to our dog- thank you, and the head waiter exceptionally lovely
Cons (-) We felt that the different group of staff who served the lunch ( 5 in our group) were bordering on the arrogant and non attentive. It was very irritating and later upsetting. The lunches were clearly not representative of the talent we know the head chef to have: this has been now demonstrated on a number of occasions over the last three years. Overall, we felt sadly the hotel overpriced overall
