The resort and staff were amazing. We arrived via ferry and although the journey was rough, the staff who picked us up from the dock instantly jumped into action to accommodate us. Once at the hotel, staff did everything to ensure our comfort and concerns were attended to. I could not ask for a better stay or more welcoming environment. Pros (+) The property was iconic in a sense of nature, elegance and service. The hospitality and staff were outstanding. The food and service were also all amazing. We had our anniversary and they cared so much for us even with a gift that was appreciated.

Cons (-) next time we’d probably book something on the beach if we could but it was so nice to be able to go to Gypsea Beach every day without paying for chairs there as part of the hotel. I just wish we hadn’t had to drive there!

Cons (-) the property and service was great , the Italian resturant was horrible I am in the Italian restaurant business and this was the worst I will go back to that hotel again because how nice the place is , but I hope they improve the food it was not Italian food
