Space diminished by using zebra tape... In the reception area they turned off many lights... Indoor Swimming pool was cold! It looks like they want to save money at the expenses of serving well and giving a good experience.

Pros (+) Staff is amazing and the facilities are great too. We could use the facilities before check in and after checkout.
Cons (-) There are bottles in the room and no information that you have to pay for that. It was a surprise at the checkout to be charged for that.

Pros (+) Great facilities, amazing views and lovely staff. Some could speak English. Staff were very helpful. Fabulous family hotel with games rooms etc
Cons (-) Hotel was empty and they refused a complimentary upgrade. We paid extra even though it wasn’t being used. No kettle in room. We were staying 4 nights.
