Definitely recommend, the hotel throughout our stay was to a very high standard with the friendly staff, the food selection and general cleanliness. The room was immaculate and modern. Roof top pool and bar is also a nice touch.
The two single beds pushed together to make a double.
Stuff is really nice and helpful, they speak English, German and Spanish. Facilities are amazing, super nice place to relax and enjoy a holiday!
I could hear the persons who stayed next to me or above Im not sure. I had to sleep with eardrops for 2 nights. But really nice experience
Staff were lovely, our room was great and we got upgraded. The three outdoor pools meant they were never too busy and the rooftop and higher pool were adult only. There were bars at each pool with food served at the bottom pool and the prices were reasonable. The hotel was quiet.
The area was a party spot and very German oriented, however there was easily accessible buses outside the hotel to Palma which took about 40 minutes. The double bed consisted of two single beds. You could hear everything from the hallways while in the room, but not from the rooms beside for the most part.

pool wasn't refreshing at all it was warm. hotel wouldn't bring us ICE cubes because they didn't have a price for it and wanted us to go to the bar mind you nothing was close. when paying over $2000 for a few nights you expect room service and a bucket of ice on request. just very disappointing to spend that money to find out the location was not good either. you need a car any way but yeah wouldn...Read more
This hotel was a brilliant choice. The room was clean and comfortable, the pools were great, the breakfast was always delicious and substantial. The wellness and fitness facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Couldn't wish for a better place to stay at.

Premium rooms are good standart rooms are meeh. They are so kind if you have a problem they solve immediately. Breakfast is amazing car parking is no problem for free on street
My tv was not able to connected internet so it was useless to have it in my room, no room service and to go to my room I needed to walk 4-5 minutes
