Our visit to the island was delightful. Our room had a spectacular view. Very comfortable accommodations. Shower had hot water and fluffy towels. Close to bus stop to tour, go out for lunch, dinner in Hamilton and St George’s. Swizzle Inn a short walk away. Would return. Would definitely return.

Pros (+) The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight for my kids! The staff knew us all by name and the property was safe and kid friendly, we felt comfortable letting the kids explore outside without constant supervision.
Cons (-) The ground floor rooms were a little damp and musty, we considered asking to move up a floor at one point.

Cons (-) There were fees added that weren’t disclosed initially when booking, e.g a gratuity fee is added each night, the restaurants in the hotel weren’t the best food quality and overpriced

Pros (+) All of the food was phenomenal along with the servers! Breakfast buffet was incredible and the dinners were awesome. Bar food even was good, the chicken wings are some of the best I’ve ever had!
Cons (-) Only complaint was the pool was not heated as promised, but it was rectified

Pros (+) Great staff, very good breakfast and convenient location. Access to the beach, pool and caves. Bus stop is right outside the property. I would definitely stay there again!!
Cons (-) It would be nice to have more vegetarian options for meals.

Pros (+) Honestly not what I was expecting for the price, everything is a bit old like 1970’s vibe. The guys at the front door were great! Close to airport with a nice view, if you didn’t look at the room.
Cons (-) The first room we were put in had a large water bubble in the ceiling with a whole in the center, room was not clean and I wore clothes to bed. I thought of taking pictures but I didn’t want to embarrass you further. At least manager did transfer us to another room the next day after we complained, room had minor upgrades and a better location. No bottled water, none, completely unacceptable for w...
