The most amazing room and service you could ask for
nothing really
The Service at this property is top notch. It’s pretty remarkable how good and efficient it is given the size and relatively low price point
If you like modern hotels this isn’t the place for you. Bit if you like a classy place with good restaurants and great service you should definitely short list it

This hotel is exceptional and I loved every minute I spent there! From fluffy beds to delicious restaurants, GH has it all. Staff is amazing and they cater to all your needs and beyond. Check the beautiful bar on the 44th floor or chill on the balcony or dine in the spectacular restaurants .... You will love your stay and never want to check out.
Pool - it could be updated to something more attractive.
The staff were exemplary, the room and facilities were really above par. A wonderful place. I shall definitely be back!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location in the marina. Hotel feels outdated and smells musty in the rooms and corridors.
The Grosvenor House in the Marina is exceptional. We had a premier room which included the Executive Lounge. We took breakfast both days. There was plenty of choice with quality food and beverages. Staff were welcoming and attentative. Well recommended.

The price of drinks in the restaurants were very expensive.
Excellent Hotel, superior service.Very clean. The staff was very friendly and kind, always willing to help. I especially want to mention the F&B staff, restaurant area manager, Kristina, and our waiter, Shahabas.
A proper large luxury hotel with great facilities and great service throughout. The property feels luxurious and high end, the room was immaculate, comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet was terrific. Dubai Marina is a good base with lots of amenities within walking distance. It's also handy for visiting Palm Jumeirah. Excellent spa and access to neighbouring beach resport via a shuttle. B...
There's very little not to like about Grosvenor House. You can see the sister beach resort hotel - Le Royal Meridien - but the shuttle bus route is comically indirect because of the road layout and terrible Dubai traffic. You feel you could walk there faster but it's not a pedestrian friendly route. The gym I used was quite small but there may have been a larger one.Read more
