Top notch hotel, brand new Modern architectural design Chef's a-la-carte restaurant experience was amazing 4 elevators provide quick service 4 saunas to fit your taste and a nice spa staff very nice and smiling the private beach is also very nice
no supervisor in the saunas area. some people were using saunas without towels and throwing a lot of water into the stoves.
Restaurant with a wide range of food choices and drinks, underground parking (extra pay), easy access to the beach, sauna and indoor pool, super comfy bed, infinitypool at rooftop Room lights can be dimmed, large safe box to fit a laptop in.
There are not enough sunbeds on the beach to accommodate all guests

The room has an open bath and a bath tube next to the bed. There was a really pungent sewerage smell coming out of the sink/bath-tube, especially in the second day of our stay.
Sea was close.
There is a major design flaw with the double rooms like ours. The ceiling is partially uncovered concrete, there is a kind of wooden box on the remaining part of the ceiling that’s in front of the air conditioning unit. The floor in the room is tiled and also the walls in the bathroom open area. All this contributes to excessive noise at night caused by the running air conditioning unit. Practical...Read more
Fantastic new hotel. Variety and quality of food was outstanding, particularly liked the access to alacarte lunch and the 3 additional restaurants. Steak restaurant and chefs table made our stay! Hotel staff were exceptional, Migle in particular is a huge asset to the Grifid hotels and made us feel so welcome! Adult only rooftop pool was an essential part of our stay!
Everything was fantastic, the adult only areas were essential for the type of holiday we needed. Further protecting adult areas would be the only recommendation, however acknowledge it’s difficult to enforce when guests ignore clear signage.

No fans in bathrooms and toilet and no bathtub. Cold pool water where the slides are. We needed to leave early as our child caught a virus but the staff refused to give us a confirmation for the early check out- a document that we need for the insurance. We are still chasing us and they send us from one to another. Inflexible staff/ management.
