The staf <3 I wanted to make reservations at spa before se went there, the team was so helpful about the details - sent us all we need to know before we arrived. We needed to check-in a bit early, they managed it for us. They upgraded our room as a treat :) and they welcomed our dog with full pleasure! It is not we did not like it, but we would suggest some improvement in the restaurant to make it as qualified as the rest. We had dinner and breakfast there, our food was served piece but piece so we couldnt eat at the same time, and we ordered a rib eye but well it was a moderate normal steak. Breakfast was sooo rich in choices but again as we had it bit by bit so again it could be better.Read more
We had another amazing stay at this hotel! It's not our first time here, and we keep coming back for a reason. The staff are true professionals—always friendly, attentive, and quick to solve any issues. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Everything was on the high level, crew - super friendly, nice spa and great location.
The location is great! But there is no supermarkets, small local shops. You need to go to the highway, it was hard with our baby, but, You can easily get a taxi from Yandex Taxi app. Anyway, this is really good place very near to the Batumi Botanical Garden. I highly recommend this place to stay and Enjoy.

Wonderful and attentive staff, a peaceful location near the Botanical Garden and the beach. The hotel is new, very clean, and overall a great place to stay.
I specifically chose this hotel for its pool and spa, but upon arrival, I was informed that they would be closed starting the next day. No prior notice was given, which was a major disappointment. Although I received a small discount after asking about it, I would have preferred to know in advance so I could choose a different hotel. Another downside was the food at the hotel restaurant.
