I highly recommend this hotel. This is within the CBD and very accessible + to everything. It’s also infront of the mall. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Airport transfer is also +++ would definitely book again 😉

I wished the plugs where near the bed for mobile charging but this is just a minor issue. The staff were all smiling and friendly. The room were clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location is perfect.

Cons (-) I booked the room for my kids two adults and one 14 year old with free breakfast. The moment they checked In they informed me that only two breakfasts were free as my other child is already 14 years old. When I was booking the drop down menu in Child category shows 14 years old under child.
