Cons (-) the staff is very, very cold and tough .... even no small smiling. the receptionist didn't explain any facilities, even the WiFi password ....yiu can't feel any soul in the hotel ....sorry to say it like dead area

Pros (+) The facilities are very new and well maintained. The location was good for me because I wanted to be in the area but it’s not super close to the center. There is good train connection though with a stop nearby.
Cons (-) It was meant to be a five star hotel but the staff for me was disappointing. The check in took longer because for some reason they needed proof of my confirmation email received from booking. And they did not make me feel welcome at all. The only friendly person was the guy at the roof bar. Additionally although in booking it is advertised that the hotel has parking, I had to pay extra 10€ for it ...

Pros (+) Very comfortable hotel with great staff. Excellent accommodations with on-site bar, restaurant, and breakfast. Outside of the city center, but less than a block to the metro. Grocery stores and restaurants within a block. Comfortable bed, nice shower.
