Pros (+) The hotel is located in a peaceful environment on the outskirts of Sauraha village. Reaching the village was easy by foot and by tuktuk. A small shop selling refreshments and snacks is right across the street. The hotel’s restaurant serves continental, local and Chinese dishes. We did not get sick from the restaurant’s food. The staff in the restaurant are very polite and friendly. Our room was cl...
Cons (-) Rooms are not automatically cleaned every day, only upon request. This information was not easily available: we had to spot it from the notice board in the lobby. The shower had only warm(ish) but not hot water late in the evenings. The toilet paper supply in a family room (with several persons) was low.

Pros (+) Excellent hotel, Very well-kept, beautiful territory - a park with beautiful flowers. Large and comfortable pool. Excellent room with a large balcony, clean and comfortable. You can order a jeep safari and other trips directly at the hotel. Prices are not higher than prices directly at travel agencies.
Cons (-) The restaurant could have more national dishes.
