Lovely gardens & swimming pool area.
Our room was so dark and felt damp. Our room number was 212. It was so dark in there we had to take off the shades of all the lights. Couldn’t manage to dry swimwear or towels. The bathroom roof was leaking when we had a storm one evening, we told the receptionist but she wasn’t really that bothered. A chair in the room would have been nice. Rooms were spacious, the twin room has ample room and the bathroom was fantastic. Bonus of having a fridge too. The grounds of the hotel were well kept and pretty, the pool area was lovely as was the bar. The hotel was busy but never felt like there were too many people around. We regret only staying one night in this wonderful hotel... We really enjoyed the beautiful setting, the swimming pool, the very clean and comfortable room and the delicious dinner and breakfast! The staff was really helpful as well. This was without doubt our best stay during our 3 week holiday in Sri Lanka!

The outside/inside shower could have done with a little repaint.
The space is amazing, inside the jungle. You constanlty listen to the birds, since you are practically in their home. The staff was very friendly and eager to support us.
All the experiences and transportation services are a bit pricy compared to what the avg cost of similar services not organised via the hotel.
Relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of unawatuna, staff really friendly and helpful.
Our room looked difference to the one we saw online and thought we had booked, but it was still very clean and comfy
Really loved the stay here. it’s a very calm place surrounded by trees and the breakfast was good, the room was really clean and comfortable.
Very pretty, lovely pool, 5 minute tuktuk drive from turtle beach (which was a highlight of our whole trip). Food was generally good even though the menu covers many different cuisines. Bar man was great!

Nice large property. Very nice and clean pool, spacious rooms and overall a very harmonic, modern look and feel. Location is quiet and yet not too far from Unawatuna. Contrary to many other reviewers, we were overall satisfied with the Wifi (for Sri Lanka), ignoring the inconvenient ticket system. Staff was happy to help with any issue we had.
We had a poor first impression when being urged to pay cash - this is a major annoyance. If you are paying north of 100.000 Rupees for a property card payment is simply an expectation, and we were ultimately able to pay card too. Staff was overall friendly to varying degrees.
