Pros (+) The property is beautiful, ancient, well maintained and in an excellent location in the city centre. We had excellent service from all the staff that we met and an excellent breakfast. I’m very glad that we booked to stay.

Pros (+) Perfection, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and larger than expected. Food was perfect, and the hotel is just by far the best we have stopped in in York. Great place to stay.
