Spa, hot tub, pool, low traffic during off season, multiple restaurant options
I had requested a late checkout upon booking and was told I would have to call the morning of to see if I could be accommodated. The hotel wasn't even close to full and the person was somewhat rude and didn't care.
Clean quiet and very nice
The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options. Service in the dining area was very good for our large party. Our room was clean & comfortable. The artwork throughout the hotel is visually delightful.
No complaints for our short stay
This was my second time staying at this hotel. Last year was phenomenal, clean rooms, staff friendly and attentive. This year it was like pulling teeth to request a late check out. - driving from Illinois to request an early check in and requesting a late check out the staff wasn’t accommodating. I’ll keep that in mind next year when searching for a hotel.
It was difficult to request a late check out. I stayed purposely at the hotel due to location convenience, but I truly needed a late check due to driving over 12 hours, and the event I needed to attend. Since it was a late night event. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a great experience.
Stunning, high-quality, grand resort at reasonable price this April. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met: all were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. I have no complaints
The room and amenities was beautiful
The later check in option of 4pm instead of 3pm.
It was comfortable and clean
We showed up at 4 after a long day of helping a friend move. We were told our room was not ready. We had to sit at the bar and wait because we couldn't go anywhere to shower. There was no alert before had or we would have showered at a friends house. We had to wait a hour for our room. We were filthy and felt so uncomfortable at the bar. For my first time stay I do not have a dislike. My only dislike was that I was there for only 1 day instead of a whole weekend. It’s pricey, but it’s worth the price.
