Its new and very nice
Little bit uphill more than I would like
The hotel is good. The breakfast is nice. The apartment is fine. Good SPA, but I caught eye infection in the SPA pool, this is bad, so the pool is not cleaned. Swimming pool outside was not working in May. Old centre of Budva is 15 minutes driving from the hotel.
The pool is not cleaned in the SPA. I had eye infection. You need to book SPA for 1 hour, you can't come there anytime. The outside pool didn't work in May. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the beach but you need to walk through the main road where all traffic by narrow way near traffic then go down by steps near a big construction, that is not comfortable. the design was amazing. indoor outdoor spaces , nature was right inside. the staff were helpful. Amazing food. we had both Breakfast and dinner and both were very impressive and good.
the pool was closed, even though the weather was dry and hot.
I loved everything – the location close to, in my opinion, the most beautiful and best beaches in Montenegro, the comfortable room, the service, and the SPA area. The breakfast was very good – super fresh and high-quality. However, if I may offer a small critique – when staying here for a longer period, it would have been nice to have a bit of variation each morning. The sameness became a little tiring. The environment and the staff where smiley
They never changed out sheets for the three nights we spent there. A hotel that doesn’t change sheets. They need to get staffs that can speak English as it’s a tourist place
Nice views, big room, breakfast
First day there was no water and they told us the whole town was out and it would be back on in an hour. We visited some friends in town and they had water. Lots of stairs with no hand rails. Almost impossible to get to the lower town by walking, very isolated.
It was nice place, amazing staff, good food, comfy beds ☺️
Room was looking directly to restaurant so everyone could see in out room if the curtains weren’t on and the construction was still going on, and it would start fairly early for someone who is on vacation

Very friendly staff. The person in the concierge was extremely polite and helpful. Great breakfast with many options. Overall stay exceeded our expectations.
