Location is superb as it is linked to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 Mall & along Sukhumvit. The hotel is very very clean. One of the cleanest hotels with no spots on the bedsheets. It also has a beautiful swimming pool with background music. A nice place to relax.

Expensive hotel for Bangkok but has all the amenities of home. Washer/dryer, beautiful view, spacious room, pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, gym, restaurants, breakfast option, close to mrt & bts. Next to mall for ample food. This hotel has it all staff always ready to assist. This is our go to hotel stayed over 20 times already.

Nice hotel in great location nearBTS with a friendly staffs. Breakfast is ok not as good as other hotels we stayed before. A room is good size and clean with lot of accessory. A mall Terminal 21 has a very good food court with a Thai people price..

Pros (+) Fantastic location and lovely facilities. It’s connected to the shopping mall which means everything you need is all in one place. This includes the metro and BTS skytrain. So the hotel was extremely convenient!
Cons (-) I think compared to other hotels, I felt that some of their amenities were limited. For example, shower gels and shampoos were not always replenished - so I felt like I had to use the shampoos and shower gels sparingly not knowing when they will give me a new bottle.

The hotel is connected to Asok BTS (it's in the same building of Terminal 21 mall), and MRT, so you don't need to walk, you are aleady connected. Breakfast is fine, but I would expect from a 5 stars hotel to provide fresh collection of breads and wider veriety of veggies. Room is top quality, also the facilities.
