It is very clean and the place is generally nice to stay at with a fee good food options.
While some of the staff where nice, many of them were rude!! Too rude. This is not what a stay at a resort should feel like. Also the AC was hot!! We called the maintenance and they said they couldn’t get it any colder! It was too hot for this weather. We like totally EVERYTHING!It was our wedding night and we chose to spend the night there,to relax!Sauna was great,the bed amaazing,bath great too!Our room was to the 5th floor and the view was INCREDIBLE!The staff very polite!Breakfast 5/5!Even the small market inside of the hotel has acceptable prices!Also the restaurants have very good prices!We re gonna be back for sure🩷
The only thing that we didnt like was that the steam room wasnt working.But not so important.

I stayed at GrandResort Limassol for a couple of days and was extremely disappointed. This hotel claims to be 5-star, but in reality, the facilities are outdated and the service is absolutely unacceptable.Privacy is not respected at all.
