The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and the location excellent for our needs
Very poor internet, it dropped out several times. I personally didn't like the fact the shower was not an overhead shower.

Everything about it is good. Clean, fresh, good location and price is good compare to value.
Very good location for the old city and all the sites were in walking distance. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and excellent value.
My only complaint is that the AC didn’t seem to be adjustable and I would have liked to be a little cooler. On the other had, the windows were operable, which was really nice.

Overly expensive breakfast, TL 1600 / GBP 35, for a single meal for 2 persons. Not a great breakfast and not worth the money.

Good value for money. The location was excellent, rooms were spacey and clean. Breakfast and personnel were ok.

Amazing location and comfortable stay at the hotel. Very close to tram, bus or taxi access. Shops in the neighbourhood have better prices when compared to Istiqlal and SultanAhmet restaurants and stores.
All the issues were in the washroom. They (housecleaning staff) knew about it but wouldn't sort it out. Magically on the day before checkout they did. But anyway. Overall a good place location wise, cleanliness, helpful staff. The breakfast deserves 5 stars for the manager there. Amazing person. The food was great too. We did not get water bottles replenished every day. No kleenex in the room. Shower door made a very load scraping noise when opening and closing. Breakfast quality was acceptable but not great
