The hotel is located in a beautiful location and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful.
For a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable for ants to appear in the bathroom and for the bedding to look worn and torn.
Breakfast was delightful, fresh, plentiful, continental with local specialties, regularly replenished. Entire staff was kind and pleasant, adding to the experience of luxurious hospitality. Location and ammenities of the hotel are remarkable. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort.
Dust on the surfaces (wooden components and floor in the room). Room was cleaned regularly, however, the dust could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Staff at the reception very confused. On the departure day gifts for certain guests and not all were given. Very unpleasant and unprofessional for a five star hotel.

I'm hqve to be very nitpicking to find anything bad. The bathroom in the room is pretty peculiar. It doesn't have walls but has glass separating it from the rest of the room. The glass is frosted, however. Great breakfast, stunning location, really nice staff, actually the staff is amazing.
Ventilation system in the bathroom is non-exsistent, really peculiar.
It's give you very special experience thanks to design, service, fantastic spa area and architecture of the hotel itself
The room and the private mini pool on the terrace were absolutely wonderful — we truly enjoyed that part of our stay. - The breakfast was excellent — probably one of the best I’ve had in my hotel experience. - At the restaurant, the service itself was good and attentive.
