Location is very good. When we were out from Daiba station, hotel is just in front of us with short walks. Hotel is near to many interested place with easy accessible. Breakfast has different varieties and dishes, we can select with our preference.
It is easy to access to customer's room. If possible, card should be used to access to specific floor when using elevator for customer's safety.

Only negative the bed was a touch too hard but after the first night I got used to it ! My husband thought it was perfect

Having to pay extra to use gym pool facilities Pretty ridiculous when those are the photos u look at to choose hotel
Close to the station, event areas, malls, and a konbini. Staff is professional and room is clean and spacious. Food in the Lobby Café is also not bad.
Could hear running / heavy steps from above our floor during night time. Not sure if it’s a toddler but it wasn’t pleasant some days when just trying to sleep.

Wonderful vie of Tokyo. No lines for breakfast at the restaurant at top of hotel. 2 min walk to train station. Near cruise terminal.
Huge hotel and 20 min to Tokyo. Not much but food places in mall near by.

Had to wait for a table for breakfast. Paying to use the gym.
The location facing the bay and park. And the transport stations. The food at the Tempanyaki restaurant with their skilled chefs. The Italian restaurant. They change the sheets and towels daily. Good coffee.
The ducts of the aircon in the room must be cleaned . To provide soap bars. Not liquid

Everything was perfect.
Great location with excellent views from all rooms. Whilst it is a 15 minute train ride to the CBD it has great amenities including food etc all around it in a modern setting. The location and amenities more than make up for the short train ride needed to the CBD.
