Pros (+) The location, large room space, easy access to Shinbashi (therefore Ginza area) as well as Haneda International Airport.
Cons (-) Bathroom is a bit old fashioned. It is clean but some features could be renovated, eg new TOTO toilet?

Pros (+) The airport bus goes directly to the hotel which was really convenient. There are also a few subway stations nearby making it easy to travel around Tokyo. Overall, it was a great experience staying here, the room was very clean, the view over Tokyo Bay was impressive (we stayed on the 27th floor) and the employees were helpful.

Pros (+) The rooms were big and spacious. The bed was great. Staff were friendly and provided very good service. Close to a metro station.
Cons (-) The area itself is not the most exciting. The sushi restaurant on 30th floor was not worth the money. Neither was the breakfast.

Cons (-) The sheet didn't fit well. Both mornings I woke up with the sheet off my side and a mess. More coffee and sugar for the room. Both mornings I had to go hunting for coffee and sugar because we both wanted a second cup before we left for the day. Having to pay for a swim at the hotel.
