Big hotel / facilities were good. Gym and indoor pool was good Be good to come back when it’s normal weekend to see what else goes on. Staff very good
It was Eid during Ramadan so all restaurants were closed except iftar and room service only for breakfast which wasn’t highlighted before the stay but I understand why. Outdoor pool could do with a clean but I was the only one staying I think
Family outing was great- Support staff was very friendly and cooperative as usual especially Zulkarnain was hospitable as previously experienced. Highly recommended
This was disappointing. Rooms are nice size and clean. Beds have some plastic on them that make it really hot when you sleep and you’re in a puddle of sweat when you wake up. Coffee maker in room has 2 different pods, neither fit the machine. Scale in bathroom battery was dead, the bottled water they give you has fluoride it in. This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at…….i will not stay anywhere else in Tabuk….the facilities are absolutely fantastic the gym, suana, steam room, indoor pool and outdoor pool are always immaculate and staff friendly and helpful…..the food in the restuarant is amazing!!!! Oriental mixed grill too die for :) the rooms are stunning and super comfortable
Staff was very supportive especially at reception (Ms Zianab), support person (missing his name) for arrival welcome and luggage transfer was very cooperative. Pool attendants were also very good.
