Great location, beautiful resort, friendly and nice staff
Nothing, but couple of time we had breakfast outside (too hot) has there were no free table inside (air conditioned)
Beach was very rocky Hotel didn’t meet my expectations. Staff at reception did not understand english. Buggies were not all the time available. The walking path always had buggies going in and out. Not safe for kids to walk. Room had too many mosquitoes and insects. I couldn’t sleep at all. Ac did not work well
I stayed at this hotel for a brief stop, having previously experienced the Grand Mercure in both Phuket and Bangkok, where I had exceptional stays. I’ve always appreciated the high standard of service and hospitality at Grand Mercure properties, and overall, this stay was also pleasant.
However, as a Front Office Manager myself, I did notice an area for improvement in the front office service. While the staff were polite and well meaning, the check-in process felt somewhat awkward. The team appeared stressed and unsure, which may be a result of insufficient training or support from management rather than any fault of their own. The hotel is excellent for a vacation in Thailand. It’s stunningly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and wonderful. The staff is attentive and helpful, the large pool is fantastic and the water temperature is just perfect. It’s close to the beach. Bottom line – for anyone looking to relax in Khao Lak and take a break from the daily grind, this hotel is perfect and highly recommended!
Very Beautiful Hotel .The hotel is very clean. The pool and the environment are very nice. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It deserves full points, I recommend it to everyone

Very good concept of the hotel with the river in the middle. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfasts were really good and tasty.
Lack of the sunbeds near of the pool. And almost everytime reserved with the towels by people who was not there. More lights in the room would be perfect.

Lovely hotel, great pools on a stunning beach. Comfortable room, great shower. Good restaurants on the beach. Happy hour 4 to 6 at the pool bar.
The glass toilet door. The location of our room next to the bridge, no privacy on our terrace. Grab and Bolt don't work here.
