Pros (+) Very nice building. The pool and spa area was very good.
Cons (-) Lunch/dinner was nothing spectacular for a 5 star hotel. Serving water from a water Automat was stupid.

Pros (+) Great breakfast, so much choice and nice coffee. The pool area was wonderful especially the salt pool on the terrace. The cafe and beach bar with deck chairs was fabulous and very nice fries. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons (-) The bathroom fan wasn't very fast at getting the steam out making the floor very slippery.

Cons (-) When it comes to the spa, the service was very pleasant, but apart from that, Mrs. Patrycja at the reception was a very curt person, not friendly at all, her facial expression indicating as if she were there as a punishment. Pros (+) The reception was friendly and the kids/toddlers play area on the 3rd floor was great.
Cons (-) It is a 3 star hotel in my opinion, given the experiences I had going to hotels all around the world. 1. We are a family with a 1 year old baby, yet they had us on the 2nd floor i.e. smoking floor.
