We loved the concierge desk, the staff was so generous with their time and did their best to create a memorable experience. Sylvia and Daniel were exceptional in helping us navigate through options and lining up the necessary resources to make it happen. The end result was an extraordinary day exceeding all expectations of places to see, meals to enjoy, at reasonable costs.
Coffee was lacking in quality and quantity

Hotel is next to a busy street. We heard lots of noise from 15th floor.
Excellent hotel and location. The indoor and outdoor pools were especially good. The room was very comfortable and the space was very relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic.
While the breakfast was particularly good, it was also extremely expensive - 60,000 KRW is just too much for breakfast in Busan! Sustainability not great at this hotel - nowhere to refill your water, disposable water bottles instead, and no recycling bins.

Towels need to be replaced since some of the towels were old and not really clean looking
Love love loved it!!! Best hotel I’ve stayed in years. Awesome gym, right on the beach, right in the middle of where u wanna be. Staff were incredible. Food was good. Im picky by nature and will jump on a chance to complain. Zero complaints. I will never stay in another hotel when i visit Busan, i found my home.
