Pros (+) Excellent room, spacious modern thoughtful design deluxe king suite on 30th floor of a massive 38 story twin town complex.
Cons (-) Frankly it’s just toooo grand. A sprawling complex with all manner of in house restaurants ( the Japanese one was terrific), shops and casino. Loved the room but overall it’s over the top 5 star. Fun for a day or two but not our preferred style.

Pros (+) We loved the concierge desk, the staff was so generous with their time and did their best to create a memorable experience. Sylvia and Daniel were exceptional in helping us navigate through options and lining up the necessary resources to make it happen. The end result was an extraordinary day exceeding all expectations of places to see, meals to enjoy, at reasonable costs.

Pros (+) Excellent hotel and location. The indoor and outdoor pools were especially good. The room was very comfortable and the space was very relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic.
Cons (-) While the breakfast was particularly good, it was also extremely expensive - 60,000 KRW is just too much for breakfast in Busan! Sustainability not great at this hotel - nowhere to refill your water, disposable water bottles instead, and no recycling bins.
