The hotel is really easy to find, just a short walk from the station, which made arriving with luggage super convenient. The room was beautifully styled and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept so well. We loved spending the evenings at the rooftop bar, enjoying cocktails with a great view. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.
The room was a little smaller than expected, which made it a bit tight for a 5-night stay with lots of luggage. The rainfall shower also wasn’t very warm, and while the handheld option was warmer, it wasn’t as comfortable to use and the temperature tended to fluctuate. It would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water provided each day, rather than just on arrival.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were excellent! Moving around the hotel was a little challenging. Lift to 1st Floor. Walk along a corridor 50M. Lift to 5th floor. This was not a major issue. [We are seniors with hip and back issues!!]

Very beautiful hotel and interior, close to the central station and Vesterbro/Indre by. Staff was really welcoming and helpful! It makes such a difference being welcomed by a smile when visiting a hotel! Thank you.
Nothing the room was tiny and some of the staff were downright rude.
Was not good value for money, the room was tiny only about ten inches between the bed and the wall. They never cleaned the room and the way they spoke to our friends on the fifth floor the male attended should have been fired.
