Pros (+) Beautiful property everyone was very nice. The property itself was beautiful and loved the fact that the pools were open 24 hours. Walking the property was gorgeous and the beach is beautiful.
Cons (-) The beds were very uncomfortable. Our sheets never got changed. Food was unfortunately mediocre. And not allowing walk-ins for two of their restaurants was something that was sad, as there were many open tables.

Pros (+) This resort was absolutely beautiful. Was one of the most amazing and best resort stays. I have experienced within the Hyatt resort group company. I look forward to many more stays with Hyatt has been a great great great experience. Hyatt is one of the best resorts out there especially the grand Kauai Hyatt resort exceeded beyond expectations. Look forward to coming back.

Cons (-) walkout villa floor was musty and disgusting the entire time which then trickled into our room. Felt like an armpit and smelt like it too. Not worth it.

Pros (+) I absolutely love the lagoon where you can go swimming. The rooms are very spacious , we had a king bed and a queen bed in our room. It was huge.!! The view from the lobby out into the ocean is unbelievable !!!
