The Room is excellent. Very spacious and of course very very clean. The gymnasium is excellent. the staff is VERY hospitable. the breakfast spread is fabulous, and one must sample ALL their offerings. there is a huge variety! I have never been impressed with food in 5 stars, but Grand Hyaat must take a bow ! ordered so many meals in my room, and every time it was top notch !

Breakfast was excellent . On the club package , drinks and snacks in the bar were such a pleasure. service in the bar was superb and the snacks were delicious.
I had to track a waiter down every day to ask for coffee . At most hotels it is automatically offered as one sits down. friends got macaroons in their rooms when they arrived . idid not . The mini bar was only filled after I had checked in which was strange and disturbed my rest. it should be done before.
Location was very good, and the pricing was very good!

The room was spacious and well appointed with a large TV screen. The dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious!
