Pros (+) It’s a paradise: beautiful beach, immaculate grounds, lots of food and drink choices. The kids had a blast at the waterpark. The rooms and all facilities were spotless.

Pros (+) Modern hotel, spacious rooms, clean. The Baha Bay water park is very nice and our girls loved it. The beach is very nice, as are the swimming pools.

Cons (-) My bed had holes it was so worn out. We were 2 doors from the elevator and heard every person all night long, got no sleep! Everything, I mean everything was overpriced. $1200 a night for a room on my anniversary and it wasn’t worth half that!

Cons (-) Reduce the water pressure in sink and increase pressure to shower. Some Dealers mostly women aren’t friendly and don’t interact with players. Cold. Even if you lose if the dealer connects it’s fun.

Cons (-) The restaurant situation on the property was ridiculous. Couldn't get into any restaurant at dinner time except the pizza place. Apparently needed reservations months in advance. There should be greater capacity for people coming to a resort where it isn't convenient to leave the property. Even breakfast was a challenge with long lines for a cup of coffee.
