Shower wasn’t cleaned properly
Staff is nice and kind. Guest Experience Min is the best. View, location, C/P is good. I stay here anout one week, over all staff is perfect.
Water will leak out after taking a shower, need use towel. No air condition in the elevetor, it's important if people crowed/hot/sweat together in small place. The smell...................need fresh air.
I like guest experience officer Min ( Huyen). She is the best. I will hire her if I have chance.
Chinese guest is too loudly in lobby.
Location was perfect across the road from the beach & cafes . We loved the decor & setting of the rooftop breakfast restaurant & choice of foods & service was great. Amazing hotel and the staff are very helpful, only criticism is the pool should be heated as it’s not in the sun.
We came across this hotel quite by chance and enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. The room was beautiful with a view of the sea. The staff were so helpful. The food excellent. We used the spa and enjoyed our massages very much. The pool is great. We would recommend and hope that we will stay there again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight got delayed until night time, the staff was very nice to offer late check out for us until 1pm which we were really appreciated. Room was spacious and cleaned. The location is convenient and closed to everywhere. We also enjoyed the spa and pool there.

The hotel is really nice and very fresh. It was completed in 2023, and as of spring 2025, guests are only accommodated in rooms above the 30th floor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the bathtub, the motorized curtains, and the air conditioning—it’s efficient and quiet. There’s a pleasant restaurant on the 41st floor and a spa on the 3rd floor. There were two things I didn’t like: 1. When we set the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the hotel staff did something strange—they called our room phone (waking us up) to confirm whether we really wanted "Do Not Disturb" since they needed to clean the room.
