We were surprised and disappointed to be charged for a carpet stain we didn’t cause. We charged 400 CHf !!We were given no indication of any issue at check-out. Receiving an unexpected charge after our departure, with no evidence or explanation, felt unfair and unprofessional. It put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay. No ramps so we had to carry the pram up and down the stairs otherwise fantastic property

Smallish room. Most staff were absolutely great but we had an issues with 1 of them (at Buddha Bar; rude waitress)
The design of room, the size, the view which really was amazing.
The hotel is just beautiful and unique. It is a quiet peaceful respite on the lake and yet in the city. Our room was fabulous, the spa was wonderful and included in the price, the breakfast is expensive but fabulous and the dinner again expensive but exceeded all expectations. Really a terrific place to stay.
We liked everything
A gorgeous and very posh hotel right on Lac Leman. Incredible restaurants, one French and the other Asian. Amazing staff and wonderful spa with all varieties of skin care options for those seeking to maintain their young look. Good internet and rooms with ac that works!!!!
Absolutely nothing to dislike here. The Swiss are 100% on top of everything to make sure your stay is exceptional.
