Lovely stay. and good overall experience . Excellent breakfast with top notch service. Hotel is located far from the train. The taxis to go back and forth to the ski lifts are convenient but a little expensive.

Pros (+) Central location. Nice and comfortable room. Beautiful breakfast room with great buffet breakfast. Large swimming pool with sauna and steam room to use after a long day on the slopes . Friendly and professional staff provide excellent service. Overall, a wonderful experience. Kudos to current management and staff.

Pros (+) Personnel at the SPA and restaurants were kind and their service attitude was great.
Cons (-) At the lobby there were few unprofessional persons who had nasty attitude towards the clients and they gave wrong information in impolite way.

Cons (-) From outside it looks amazing inside you see it’s old and needs renovation. I wished at the check in the staff would introduce themself and explain everything about the , but nothing. Sadly not .

Pros (+) This hotel was beyond fabulous. Beautiful facilities, exceptional staff, great food and drink…. and the view cannot be improved upon!! I’ve traveled to 50 countries and this is my favorite hotel of all, no question.
