Pros (+) Hotel lobby was good, with coaches to rest, and the luggage storage was proper, reception lead us there was nice and helpful
Cons (-) Facility is very old and average, based on the very bad location, the price was not meeting the expectation. I ordered without breakfast, and I ordered for 2 persons for one night stay. Hotel reception insist I pay extra 45euro for the extra person, even I didn't book for breakfast. A manager went out and decide to not charge us extra

Pros (+) The hotel is situated at the west part of the city, it's in the shopping area, so if that's your kick, it's great, otherwise it's not close to the city centre or any specific landmarks. Pros (+) Lovely hotel with great facilities.
Cons (-) We had a room for 2 adults 1 child. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. No air conditioning due to it being winter but it was very hot and stuffy in the rooms.
