Everything. It is an historical hotel at the best location in Ljubljana with excellent facilities, elegant and charming. We had a large room with street view, clear, clean, a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a very good walk-in shower. The restaurant serves excellent food at the best prices. The best is the staff, professional, kind, helpful. Special mention deserves Mr. Dejan Tomis...

Grand Union is in the perfection for old town Ljubliana. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is wonderful and impeccably kept. Book this hotel, you will love everything about it!
The staff is very professional and well trained. The location is as good as it gets in Ljubljana, also the entrance to the hotel is really nice. You can park on your own without the drama of valley parking.
Breakfast is on the lower end of Ljubljana. The gym is horrible and really not up to the standard for a grand hotel. All in all disappointed by breakfast and the gym. Also, this used to be the best hotel in Ljubljana, far from it now.
