Pros (+) Location, spacious room….
Cons (-) No bell boy to carry our luggage. We had to carry our luggage by ourselves. No space in the lobby.

Pros (+) First of all the hotel is very clean. It's comfortable, situated in the main square of Iași. But, be aware that, in the evenings, you can hear the music from restaurant outside, which was okay for us. What I liked the most was the breakfast. Everything fresh, tasty and very good choices. Recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) Extremely clean, comfortable rooms... Right over a noisy pub. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have visited in a while - everything was pristine 😊 (since we have a crawling baby, we tend to notice the quantity of dust in the corners and carpet). Breakfast was pretty good; most of the hotel staff was helpful.
Cons (-) The guy who checked us in decided to put us in a room right over a pub open late, despite our request (made months ago) for a quiet room. Staff who came in late apologized and acknowledged they should have put us in a room over the inner courtyard.

Pros (+) Comfortable, even though in center room was still quiet. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Shower was missing a shower curtain. Not a tragedy but when you wash long hair a lot of water can splash out of the shower onto the floor.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel, perfect location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in Iasi.

Pros (+) The rooms are very palatial. Hotel staff very helpful and a great breakfast. We also had dinner which was very good as well.
Cons (-) A little noisy from music upstairs and also an event in the square. But it wasnt a big problem.

Pros (+) The central location and also the restaurant.
Cons (-) Poor cleaning: hair on top of the minibar and also in the sink. Dust on the surfaces and a very dirty window blind. The shampoo/shower gel dispenser was empty, so I had to use the soap to wash myself.
